Design Process

The process begins when you request a Free Quote. This will provide us with basic information about you and your needs. Once completed and submitted, we will contact you shortly and proceed to Step 2.

Initial Interview

When we contact you, we will schedule an initial interview in order to get an understanding of your mission/vision, the goal of the design, and your target audience. During this step, we will present to you a proposal which will include a price quote. Half of the quote will need to be paid up front to begin the project, with the balance due upon final approval/completion.

Once we are on the job, Step 3 begins!

Strategy

At this stage, we take the information gathered from prior steps, along with all assets (pictures, fonts, etc.) gathered from you and compose the initial blueprints of the website.

Ideas and concepts are presented to you for your review and suggestions. Your input is extremely valuable and will play a key role in the development of a quality website.

Concept Design

This is the step where we bring everything together and develop a prototype website. This prototype site will be available for your exclusive review in our Secure Client Area located within our website infrastructure. Once we incorporate everything we need to move forward with, we will work with you to refine the design to your approval.

Once the overall design is approved, we will move to Step 5.

Production

This step is where the design is fine tuned for the Internet. All content including HTML, graphics, and animations are optimized, content is added, reviewed, and last minute details completed.

After the site is vigorously tested and approved by you in it's final form, the site is launched!

Promotion

During this step your site will be submitted to all the top Internet search engines and specialized directories on the World Wide Web.

Support

Launching your vision through the web doesn't end when your site goes live. We will continue to work with you to monitor your site, update content, and make sure it continues to meet your needs, requirements, and vision so your customers keep coming back. This service is available on a monthly, quarterly, or as-needed basis, and can be purchased in advance with substantial savings.
