License

Wrassmann Web Design grants you a nonexclusive, limited license to use any HTML Website Template sold on our website in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions issued by wrassmann.com.

Warranty

All HTML Website Templates offered at Wrassmann Web Design are provided "as is" without warranty, either expressed or implied.

Wrassmann Web Design will not be held liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising from the use of or inability to use the HTML Website Templates offered at wrassmann.com.

Usage

You may only use the HTML Website Templates purchased from Wrassmann Web Design on a single, individual website belonging to either you or your client. All HTML Website Templates must be re-purchased before they can be used on ANY additional website, modified or un-modified.

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to the HTML Web Site Templates available on wrassmann.com, modified or unmodified. All HTML Website Templates found on wrassmann.com are sole property of Wrassmann Web Design.

Copyright

You may freely modify Copyright information located on our HTML Website Templates. We encourage an HTML hyperlink back to our website but it is not required.

Modification

You may make any modifications to our HTML Website Templates to fit your specific needs/purposes/preferences.

Unauthorized Use

You may not place our HTML Website Templates, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, collection, website, or any other medium and offer it for download, redistribution, or resale.

Assignability

Non-Exclusive vs. Exclusive

If one of our HTML Website Templates is purchased EXCLUSIVELY, the template will be immediately removed from our website and know one else will be permitted to purchase it.

If one of our HTML Website Templates is purchased NON-EXCLUSIVELY, the template will remain on our website for others to purchase.

HTML Website Templates that have NOT been sold either NON-EXCLUSIVE or EXCLUSIVE will display NON-EXCLUSIVE and EXCLUSIVE options for purchase. If the HTML Website Template is displayed only with a NON-EXCLUSIVE purchasing option, the template has been previously sold.

Refund Policy

Wrassmann Web Design offers non-tangible irrevocable goods. For this reason we cannot issue refunds after our HTML Website Templates have been delivered. Special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The deadline for any refund claim is 24 hours from the delivery date.

Wrassmann Web Design reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time without notice.
